Will there be someone supervising my project? Yes! Keith Gremillion is the owner and supervises each job personally. He will make sure the workmen arrive on time and do the work required. We also pride ourselves in leaving a clean jobsite. Keith will also examine the work to make sure all details are covered. His keen eye will catch any imperfections in the workmanship.
Do you have liability insurance? Yes! We are insured with $1,000,000 worth of insurance. You can rest assured that you are protected when we are on the job.
Are you a registered remodelor with the State of Texas? Absolutely! We are registered and abide by the rules of tje Texas Residential Construction Commission.
Are you a member of the Greater Houston Builders Association? Yes we aer! Being a member of the GHBA is advantageous for many reasons, including education, resources and membership in the National Association of Builders. As a GHBA member, we abide by a code of ethics and take advantage of continuing education and GHBA sanctioned contracts and forms.
Can I get references from prior customers? We encourage it! We will be happy to furnish references upon request. Most of our business is through repeat and referral customers. We have worked with high profile customers like retired baseball stars and will treat your house with the same care we used in his home.
How will the payment schedule be handled? As a rule, we request a 50% deposit on all jobs unless the size of the job merits more than 2 draws. If the job is very large, we generally request a 1/3 initial payment, with subsequent payments of 1/3 mid project and the final 1/3 payment due upon completion.
Can I save myself some money by helping with a part of the project? Because of liability issues, we cannot allow customers to work with us.
Will all materials be new? We guarantee that all materials we use for your project will be new materials. We do not recycle old materials.
Will my project be done in the time frame I am told? Yes. Outside of unforseen delays which are out of our control, we will complete your project when we say we will!
